Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Developer to join our team remotely. As a Business Developer, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth, manage projects on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, and provide regular performance reports. This is a commission-based position, with the opportunity to earn between 8% to 10% commission on successful projects.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and markets to promote our software development, digital marketing, SEO, and ads management services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and projects, with a focus on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and present suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to understand our services in-depth and effectively communicate them to potential clients.
  • Manage end-to-end project cycles on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Create compelling proposals and pitches tailored to clients’ needs and project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, proposals, and projects in our CRM system.
  • Provide monthly reports on project performance, sales growth, and market trends to the management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in business development within the IT and technical field.
  • Strong technical understanding and familiarity with software development, digital marketing, and SEO concepts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and relationship building.
  • Proficiency in using platforms like Upwork and Fiverr for project management and client engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to work remotely and manage projects independently.
  • Sales and marketing expertise, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering value to clients and driving business growth.
  • Proven track record of successful client acquisition and project management.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English for clear communication with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation

This position offers a commission-based compensation model, where the successful candidate will earn between 8% to 10% commission on each successfully completed project. The more you contribute to our growth, the more you’ll earn.
