Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Developer to join our team remotely. As a Business Developer, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth, manage projects on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, and provide regular performance reports. This is a commission-based position, with the opportunity to earn between 8% to 10% commission on successful projects.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and markets to promote our software development, digital marketing, SEO, and ads management services.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and projects, with a focus on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and present suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with our technical team to understand our services in-depth and effectively communicate them to potential clients.
- Manage end-to-end project cycles on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Create compelling proposals and pitches tailored to clients’ needs and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, proposals, and projects in our CRM system.
- Provide monthly reports on project performance, sales growth, and market trends to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven experience in business development within the IT and technical field.
- Strong technical understanding and familiarity with software development, digital marketing, and SEO concepts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and relationship building.
- Proficiency in using platforms like Upwork and Fiverr for project management and client engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely and manage projects independently.
- Sales and marketing expertise, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering value to clients and driving business growth.
- Proven track record of successful client acquisition and project management.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English for clear communication with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation
This position offers a commission-based compensation model, where the successful candidate will earn between 8% to 10% commission on each successfully completed project. The more you contribute to our growth, the more you’ll earn.
